Hey my loves!
With January soon approaching, it’s time to start making some new years resolutions. For me it’s a serious case of new year, new me. I started the year at 16 stone and i lost a lot of weight in the summer and now sadly i’ve gained most of it back and my confidence has reached an all time low. So my new years resolution is to start the gym, eat healthier and change my ways. It’s seriously needed not just for my physical health but for my mental health too.
I’ve collaborated with Pretty Little Thing for this post. They kindly sent me some of their fitness wear to review and write about being the best I want to be which for me is a lot healthier physically and mentally.
My plan is to join my local gym on the 1st of January. I’m going to buy myself a pretty notepad and pen and write down a grocery list and lots of healthy recipes. I’m not going to go to OTT on the salad leaves etc though because I want my goal to be reachable. If i’m way too strict I will go off plan very quickly. It’s all about setting goals that are do able. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. You’re only human. I’m going to start a timetable of when I go to the gym which to begin with will be 2 – 3 times a week maybe less and when i’m going to do home workouts.
The fitness range from PLT is super comfy and a fab price too. My personal fave is the gym leggings. They’re so stylish yet effective. They don’t feel too heavy either which for me is a must.
